It’s a pattern frenzy! I just put 12 new sets of commercial use patterned paper overlays in my store and will be loading them at ScrapDish and Digitals as well. These are .png format and are licensed for CU – create digital scrapbook papers for resale or free. No texture is included – just the patterns. Choose regular or micro patterns. No credit required.
