It’s Menu Plan Monday! Here’s what we’re having this week. I feel a little uninspired today so there are not any new recipes for our family but I am feeding my family of 7 (one’s at college) for about $125 per week so that’s something!
MON – salmon, fish sticks for the kids, rice pilaf peas (we were supposed to have this last week but we had pizza Friday night because I was right by Trader Joes and picked up some of their fabulous pizza dough and made homemade pizza)
TUES – corn dogs, baked fries, veggies + dip (KIDS night)
WED – grilled cheese, chicken noodle or tomato soup, apples & dip
THURS – chili + corn bread, veggies + dip
FRI – homemade french bread pizza (yes, we eat some type of pizza every Friday night!!), antipasto salad
SAT – meatloaf, baked potatoes, corn, coleslaw
SUN – beef and broccoli stir fry, egg rolls, rice

I don't know if it would help your kids eat it, but Giada has a recipe on Food Network for salmon fish sticks. My husband and I enjoy these as much as my kids.
